NOTICE TO THE POPULATION

Residents are cautioned not to use the MATTAWISHKWIA RIVER during the winter season for reason of unsafe ice conditions.  In particular, the caution applies to snowmobiling and sliding near the new dams close to the water filtration plant and the Columbia plant.  For your own safety as well as your family’s, your cooperation is essential.
