 The Racing Sleigh Competition will be original and fun!
The Participants: In teams of two
Categories
1 – Junior: Both team members are less than 14 years old
2 – Senior: One of the team members is 14 years old or more

Construct and/or modify a sleigh and compete in a descent at the Carnival hill beside the ice palace
|
Scoring System
Originality & ingenuity of the sleigh
25% of the score
Costumes and team spirit
25% of the score
Distance travelled following the path
50% of the score

Schedule:
Sunday February 17th
1. Exhibition & safety inspection of the sleigh at the Community hall from 9am until 3pm
2. Training run for each team: 3pm – 3 :30pm
3. Competition starting at 3 :30pm
4. Ceremony of the Champions after the competition
Three prizes in each of the categories.
